(Very) Short Story: “Butcher Shop”
“Butcher Shop” is the second of three (very) short stories inspired by Zoe Strauss’s photographs. It’s online at Revolver. Her work has meant a great deal to me, and I wrote these stories between drafts of my novel in progress.
The first of the series was “Everything is Name Brand” and that was in the Journal of Compressed Creative Arts.
The third is called “If You Reading This Fuck You” and it will be in a future issue of ACM: Another Chicago Magazine.
